Residents pay a monthly fee based on an indoor or outdoor spot. Guests pay Transient Parking Fees upon exiting the garage. Please refer to the downloadable form/notice.
Any resident parker that has a permanent parking spot and anticipates a temporary/loaner vehicle or guest that will occupy their spot must obtain an Alternate Car Pass from the Amversev Management Office. The Alternate Car Pass must be prominently displayed in the front windshield of the vehicle to be parked in the resident's designated spot.
