Frequently Asked Questions

Residents pay a monthly fee based on an indoor or outdoor spot.  Guests pay Transient Parking Fees upon exiting the garage.  Please refer to the downloadable form/notice.

Any resident parker that has a permanent parking spot and anticipates a temporary/loaner vehicle or guest that will occupy their spot must obtain an Alternate Car Pass from the Amversev Management Office.  The Alternate Car Pass must be prominently displayed in the front windshield of the vehicle to be parked in the resident's designated spot.

In 2019 the AmVerSev Board of Directors selected an engineer to prepare a Scope of Work for repairs to the garage.  Due to COVID-19 the process of finalizing the Scope of Work and preparation of the specifications for solicitation of bids was delayed.   In 2021 we solicited bids and contractors were interviewed.   Once a contractor was selected, the contract was reviewed by our attorney before execution by respective parties.  The project commenced April 2022 and it is anticipated to be completed by December 2024.
