AmVerSev operates and maintains the common properties shared by three luxury cooperative buildings (The Seville, Versailles, and Americana). We manage the parking garage, parking lots, boutique gym, swimming pool, concession stand, a pickleball court and 4 tennis courts, children's playground and basketball court, as well as the landscaping, roadways, and walkways, all located on 18 acres of land. In addition, we hire and oversee a security company for 24-hour monitoring of the garage and property, a contractor for the landscaping and snow removal, sprinkler company, and a management company for the gym, pool and tennis.
Kim has more than 35 years experience managing commercial and residential properties, and has been employed by Metro Management for over 30 years.
Maria assists in the day-to-day operation of the property and amenities.
